How do I cancel my plan if I upgraded via the Apple App Store?

Because you upgraded your account through the Apple App Store, you have to cancel your subscription through Apple. We cannot manage user subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
 
You can navigate to your Apple subscriptions by doing the following:

  1. Open your iPhone's Settings.
  2. Select your name at the top of your settings; this opens your Apple Account.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select TalkingParents.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

This will cancel your active TalkingParents subscription. If you need additional assistance with Apple, please follow this link for assistance.

Your account will remain upgraded until your current paid-through date. Canceling your subscription payments will not affect your account history or free access to your account via TalkingParents.com
