We cannot force a parent to sign up for our service. You cannot begin using TalkingParents until your account is matched and activated with your co-parent.
If the option is available to you, you may want to remind your co-parent that our service is intended to benefit both parents equally. While our Records are designed for use in court, TalkingParents does help parents resolve more issues on their own and stay out of court. If you end up having to go to court, using TalkingParents Records of your communications during any legal proceedings can save both parents a significant amount of time and money.
If you would like to seek a court order that requires your co-parent to use our service, or if you believe your co-parent is acting in violation of a court order, we recommend you consult with an attorney or the court itself to find out your options.
