What if my co-parent won't use Accountable Calling?

We cannot force parents to use Accountable Calling.

 

All calls placed using Accountable Calling are recorded, therefore, both parents must have Recorded Calling turned on, a verified phone number saved to their account (for accountable phone calls), and agree to the Calling Consent in order to connect calls.

 

If you believe your co-parent is acting in violation of a court order by not utilizing this feature, we recommend you consult with an attorney or the court itself to find out what options are available to you.
