Is Customer Support able to send a message to my co-parent for me?

The support mailbox does not send messages to your co-parent. Messages sent to this inbox do not become a part of any Record associated with your TalkingParents account.

 

If you are trying to send a message to your co-parent, you will need to sign into your account and post a new message there.
