Do I have to upgrade my account if my co-parent upgrades theirs?

Upgraded account payments and minutes are associated with individual member accounts, not the matched account. Each member's account status (paid or free) is independent of the other parent's account status.

If one parent upgrades their account, this does not automatically upgrade the co-parent's account. Also, the co-parent does not have to upgrade their account. Both parents can communicate even if one parent is Free and the co-parent is Standard or Premium.

*Please keep in mind only members with a Premium Plan can start Phone and Video Calls. Standard members can receive Phone and Video Calls, and Free members can receive Phone Calls.
