Unfortunately, we cannot provide parents with any legal advice or instruction.

Our records are generally admissible in court the same way as emails, texts, or other written, electronic communications are. However, jurisdictions and courts have different rules regarding the admissibility and use of such documents.

If you have specific questions about the use of TalkingParents, or how a TalkingParents Record can be used in a court proceeding, we recommend that you contact an attorney or the court itself.
