What can I do if I'm locked out because of failed log in attempts?

If you received an email with the subject: "TalkingParents Failed Login Attempts" your account will be unavailable for one hour. 

This only occurs when a parent has failed to log in after 10 attempts. For immediate access, we recommend resetting your password.


Parents can always reset their password or use the SMS text message option to recover their email address. Visit our forgot email or password page to do so. If you do not know your email address and do not have a phone number saved to your account, please contact us so we can assist you further.
