My co-parent created another account. Can you match my account to their new account?

Unfortunately, creating a new TalkingParents account does not give members access to existing Messages or Records. We do not recommend creating a new account. Due to the secure nature of our system, we cannot merge your existing account with your co-parent's new account.

Your co-parent must regain access to their original account, that is matched with your account, to communicate with you. Members can always recover the email address or reset the password associated with their account. However, we must verify their identity before updating the member's account.

If your co-parent cannot access their existing account that is matched with you, they can do any of the following:

    1. Visit the Forgot email or password? page and follow the steps to regain access.
    2. If step one doesn't work, they should Contact Support.
