My co-parent cannot sign into their account

TalkingParents does not remove parents' access to accounts. Parents can always access their account for Free online at TalkingParents.comHowever, access to our iPhone and Android mobile apps does require a Standard or Premium Plan

If your co-parent does not know, or no longer has access to the email address associated with their account, members can always recover their email address or reset their password. However, we cannot update the member's account without first verifying their identity.

If your co-parent cannot access their account that is matched with you, they can do any of the following:

  1. Visit the Forgot Email or Password page and follow the steps to regain access there.
  2. If step one doesn't work, they should Contact Support.
