My co-parent cannot sign into their account

TalkingParents does not remove a parent’s access to their account. However, if your co-parent is not on an active paid plan, they won’t be able to view or respond to messages. When this occurs, you’ll see a banner in your account letting you know that your co-parent does not currently have access.

If your co-parent does not know or no longer has access to the email address associated with their account, members can always recover their email address or reset their password. However, we cannot update the member's account without first verifying their identity.

If your co-parent cannot access their account that is matched with you, they can do any of the following:

  1. Visit the Forgot Email or Password page and follow the steps to regain access there.
  2. If step one doesn't work, they should Contact Support.
