TalkingParents does not remove parents' access to accounts. Parents can always access their account for Free online at TalkingParents.com. However, access to our iPhone and Android mobile apps does require a Standard or Premium Plan.
If your co-parent does not know or no longer has access to the email address associated with their account, members can always recover their email address or reset their password. However, we cannot update the member's account without first verifying their identity.
