What does it mean by "Verify your identity" in Accountable Payments?

To request, send, and receive money using TalkingParents Accountable Payments, you must complete the Verify Identity form. This confirmation process can be immediate or may ask for additional information. If additional information is required, you will be prompted to complete a more detailed identification form.


In some cases, you may need to provide Identification Documentation to complete this process. You will be prompted to sign in using the TalkingParents website, access Accountable PaymentsSM, and upload one of the following forms of identification:

  • State issued driver's license
  • State issued identification card
  • A current US passport


The uploaded photo identification must be in color, no larger than 10MB, and either a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
