How Messages are Grouped and Displayed
Your Messaging Record is organized by how the messages are shown in TalkingParents. Every message is under a subject. Messages within that subject are displayed chronologically from oldest to newest, with every message posted within that subject. Subjects are presented in their entirety with no messages left out. Subjects are arranged chronologically based on the most recent activity.
How to Quickly Search Messages
You can obtain a copy of your Records in PDF format and then search it electronically to determine which pages contain the messages or dates you want to review.
