- Has not purchased a subscription
- Allowed their subscription to expire
- Canceled their subscription

No. There is no action required on your part. You may continue using your account and the platform.
To restore two-way communication, your co-parent will need to reactivate their subscription.

No. Due to privacy and security requirements, TalkingParents cannot discuss another user's account status, subscription details, or eligibility information with you.
