How to Claim Your Free Yearly Printed Record with the Ultimate Plan

As part of our Ultimate Plan, users are eligible to order one free certified printed record each year, shipped anywhere they choose.

What’s Included in Your Free Printed Record:

• A complete copy of all your TalkingParents records (Messages, Calls, Journal entries, Calendar events, Payments, and Info Library)
• A Notarized Business Record Affidavit
• U.S. Priority Mail shipping at no extra cost

How to Redeem Your Free Annual Printed Record:

1. Sign in to your TalkingParents account at https://app.talkingparents.com/login

   (Note: Printed records cannot be ordered via the mobile app.)

2. From the left-hand menu, select Unalterable Records
3. Under Printed Records, click “Select” next to the One Free option
4. At the top of the menu, choose “Redeem” under the Full Records Package
5. Click “Checkout”
6. A pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you'd like to use your annual free record.

   Click “Redeem” to proceed or “Cancel” to go back

7. Enter the name and shipping address you would like your records sent to, then click “Submit Order”
