How can I get a record of a single conversation?

If you're using the Apple mobile app:

Instead of obtaining the entire record, TalkingParents now offers our users a way to obtain a record of one conversation at a time. If you would like to obtain a copy of one conversation, please see the following steps.

 

1) Navigate to the message thread you would like to obtain

2) From here, select the three dots in the upper right corner

3) In the dropdown, select Email record

4) Enter the email address you would like the record to be sent

5) Press Send. 

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:
