How can I see which plan I'm on?

If you're on the iPhone mobile app:

To view the status of your current plan, follow the steps below:

1) Sign in to TalkingParents on your mobile device

2) Select the more icon in the bottom-right of the screen

3) Here you will see what plan you are currently on

4) If you wish to see when your plan upgrade select Account Settings and then Manage Plan

5) Here, you can see your plan, origin of plan, and your next billing date

If you're on the Android mobile app:

To view the status of your current plan, follow the steps below:

1) Sign in on your Android App.

2) Select the More icon in the bottom-right of the screen.

3) Select Account Settings.

4) Select Plan Details.

5) Here you can see your current plan.

If you're on the website:

To view the status of your current plan, follow the steps below:

1) Sign in using TalkingParents.com

2) Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen

3) Scroll to the bottom; here your plan will be listed
