Can I cancel a payment request I sent my co-parent?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent. 

In the iPhone App, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request: 

  1. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  2. Select the Request that you would like to cancel
  3. Select Cancel
  4. Optional: You can enter a reply to the request
  5. Select Cancel request

If you're using the Android mobile app:

You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent. 

In the Android App, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request: 

  1. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  2. Select the Request that you would like to cancel
  3. Select Cancel request
  4. Optional: You can enter a reply to the request
  5. Select Confirm request cancellation

 

If you're using the website:

You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent. 

On the website, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request: 

  1. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  2. Select the Request that you would like to cancel
  3. Select Cancel request
  4. Optional: You can enter a reply to the request
