If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent.
In the iPhone App, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request:
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select the Request that you would like to cancel
- Select Cancel
- Optional: You can enter a reply to the request
- Select Cancel request
If you're using the Android mobile app:
You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent.
In the Android App, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request:
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select the Request that you would like to cancel
- Select Cancel request
- Optional: You can enter a reply to the request
- Select Confirm request cancellation
If you're using the website:
You can cancel any payment request you initiated that has not been paid or declined by your co-parent.
On the website, follow the steps below to cancel a Payment Request:
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select the Request that you would like to cancel
- Select Cancel request
