If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
You can only access your account on the app if you are on a Standard or Premium Plan.
If you'd like to upgrade and manage your subscription through the Apple App Store, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your free account on the iPhone mobile app
- You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or stay on the Free Plan*
- Choose either Upgrade to Standard or Upgrade to Premium and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade directly through the Apple App Store
- To manage your Apple App Store subscription, please follow this link
*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application. You'll need to sign in using our website, app.talkingparents.com/login, instead. Selecting Manage plan underneath Free on the mobile app will reroute you directly to the website.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
You can only access your account on the app if you are on a Standard or Premium Plan.
If you'd like to upgrade and manage your subscription through the Google Play Store, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your free account on the Android mobile app
- You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or stay on the Free Plan*
- Choose either Upgrade to Standard or Upgrade to Premium and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade directly through the Google Play Store.

If you're using the website:
- Select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Account Settings from the menu
- Select Plan and then Upgrade my plan
- You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or remain on the Free Plan*
- Select Upgrade to Premium or Upgrade to Standard
- Enter your payment information and select Subscribe
*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application.
