If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

You can only access your account on the app if you are on a Standard or Premium Plan.

If you'd like to upgrade and manage your subscription through the Apple App Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your free account on the iPhone mobile app
2. You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or stay on the Free Plan*
3. Choose either Upgrade to Standard or Upgrade to Premium and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade directly through the Apple App Store
4. To manage your Apple App Store subscription, please follow this link

*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application. You'll need to sign in using our website, app.talkingparents.com/login, instead. Selecting Manage plan underneath Free on the mobile app will reroute you directly to the website.

If you're using the Android mobile app:

You can only access your account on the app if you are on a Standard or Premium Plan.

If you'd like to upgrade and manage your subscription through the Google Play Store, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your free account on the Android mobile app
2. You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or stay on the Free Plan*
   
3. Choose either Upgrade to Standard or Upgrade to Premium and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade directly through the Google Play Store.
4. To manage your Google Play subscription, please see these instructions

*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application. You'll need to sign in using our website, app.talkingparents.com/login, instead.

If you're using the website:

1. Select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen
   
2. Select Account Settings from the menu
   
3. Select Plan and then Upgrade my plan
   
   
4. You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or remain on the Free Plan*
   
5. Select Upgrade to Premium or Upgrade to Standard
6. Enter your payment information and select Subscribe
   
   

*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application.
