If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.
To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.
Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Navigate to Payments
- Select the three dots at the top right of the screen
- Select the Bank accounts button
- Tap and hold the bank account you'd like to make the default
- Select Set As default
If you're using the Android mobile app:
Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.
To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.
Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Navigate to Payments
- Select the Bank Icon in top-right corner.
- Select the three dots next to the bank you would like to make the default
- Select Make default
If you're using the website:
Your default bank account is the account that receives money sent from your co-parent unless otherwise specified within a request.
To change your default bank account, you must have more than one bank account added.
Please follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Navigate to Payments
- Select the manage bank accounts at the bottom of the screen
- Select the three dots next to the bank you would like to make the default
- Select Make default
