If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable PaymentsSM :
- Navigate to Payments
- Select the three dots at the top right of the page
- Select the Bank accounts
- Under the bank account you would like to remove, select remove this bank account.
You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable Payments:
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select the Bank Icon in top-right corner.
- Under the bank account you would like to remove, select remove this bank account.
You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.
If you're using the website:
Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable Payments:
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select Manage bank accounts at the bottom of the screen
- Select the three dots next to the bank you want to remove, then select Remove
You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.
