How do I remove a bank account from Accountable Payments?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable PaymentsSM

  1. Navigate to Payments
  2. Select the three dots at the top right of the page
  3. Select the Bank accounts
  4. Under the bank account you would like to remove, select remove this bank account.

You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable Payments: 

  1. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  2. Select the Bank Icon in top-right corner.
  3. Under the bank account you would like to remove, select remove this bank account.

You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.

 

If you're using the website:

Follow the steps below to remove a bank account from your Accountable Payments: 

  1. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  2. Select Manage bank accounts at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select the three dots next to the bank you want to remove, then select Remove

You cannot remove a default bank account or an account with a pending payment. If you need to remove a default bank account, you must first select another account as default.
