Why can't I pay my co-parent?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Members of our Free Plan can receive payments and send payment requests. Members on the Standard or Premium Plan can send payments using Accountable Payments. 

If you would like to upgrade your account on the app and send payments, follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign into your account on the Apple app
  2. Choose which plan you would like to subscribe to
  3. Insert payment information and start plan

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Members of our Free Plan can receive payments and send payment requests. Members on the Standard or Premium Plan can send payments using Accountable Payments. 

If you would like to upgrade your account on the app and send payments, follow the steps below

  1. Sign into your account on the Android app
  2. Select Upgrade in the box at the top of the screen
  3. Choose which plan you would like to subscribe to
  4. Insert payment information and start plan

If you're using the website:

Members of our Free Plan can receive payments and send payment requests. Members on the Standard or Premium Plan can send payments using Accountable Payments. 

If you would like to upgrade your account to send payments, follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign into your account on TalkingParents.com.
  2. Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen
  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Select Plan
  5. Select the "pencil" icon next to Plan Type

  6. Choose a payment plan and follow the instructions to enter your card information
  7. Select Subscribe

Members can also choose to upgrade to the Standard or Premium Plan using the Apple App or Google Play stores.
