How do I add a bank account to Accountable Payments?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account: 

  1. Sign in to your account through the Apple app
  2. Navigate to Payments at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select the three dots at the top right-hand side of the screen
  4. Select Bank accounts
  5. Select Add bank account
  6. Search for your bank or credit union
  7. Select your bank or credit union
  8. Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
  9. Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
  10. Select Continue

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account: 

  1. Sign in on your Android App.
  2. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  3. Select Bank Icon in top-right corner.
  4. Select the Add a bank account button
  5. Search for your bank or credit union
  6. Select your bank or credit union
  7. Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
  8. Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
  9. Select Continue

 

If you're using the website:

Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account: 

  1. Sign in through TalkingParents.com.
  2. Navigate to Accountable Payments
  3. Select Manage bank accounts
  4. Select the Add a bank account button
  5. Search for your bank or credit union
  6. Select your bank or credit union
  7. Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
  8. Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
  9. Select Continue
