If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Sign in to your account through the Apple app
- Navigate to Payments at the bottom of the screen
- Select the three dots at the top right-hand side of the screen
- Select Bank accounts
- Select Add bank account
- Search for your bank or credit union
- Select your bank or credit union
- Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
- Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
- Select Continue
If you're using the Android mobile app:
Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Sign in on your Android App.
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select Bank Icon in top-right corner.
- Select the Add a bank account button
- Search for your bank or credit union
- Select your bank or credit union
- Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
- Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
- Select Continue
If you're using the website:
Follow the steps below to add a bank account or replace your current default bank account:
- Sign in through TalkingParents.com.
- Navigate to Accountable Payments
- Select Manage bank accounts
- Select the Add a bank account button
- Search for your bank or credit union
- Select your bank or credit union
- Log in using your bank or credit union details to connect the account
- Choose the account you would like to add and select Continue
- Select Continue
