If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account on your mobile device
2) Select More and navigate to the Unalterable Records section of your account
3) Select which record or records you would like to send and click Next
4) You can then type in the email address you would like your Record sent to
8) Hit Send
Ensure you enter your email address entirely and correctly, do not include extra spaces or punctuation marks. The receiver will receive a copy of your PDF Record from "noreply@talkingparents.com." To access the PDF record, you or the person you are sending the record to will have to input the 6-digit Access Code provided in the email.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
If you are a Standard or Premium Plan user obtaining a PDF Record from your Android App, follow the steps below to send a copy of your Record to a third-party email address:
1) Select the More icon.
2) Select Unalterable Records.
3) Select the Records you would like to obtain.
4) Select your Time Zone and then tap Send Selected Records.
5) Enter the recipient's email address. Then tap Send.
If you're using the website:
If you are obtaining a PDF Record from the website TalkingParents.com, follow the steps below to send a copy of your Record to a third-party email address:
1) Sign in using TalkingParents.com.
2) Navigate to the Unalterable Records section of your account
3) Select PDF Records
4) Enter your payment information and select Pay (This step is for the Free Plan only)
5) Select the Records you would like to obtain
6) Select the "Shopping Cart" icon
7) You can then type in the email address you would like your Record sent to
8) Hit Checkout
