We do not currently provide direct access for third parties such as your lawyer or the court.

For now, the best way to share your Messages or Records with the court, your attorney, or anyone else is to email them a copy of your record in PDF format.

The purpose of our records is for use in court proceedings, and we only provide them as complete documents containing every message in your history.

However, if only some conversations or messages are important to you at this time and you want to avoid having your lawyer spend too much time reviewing the entire record, then you can obtain a copy of your Records in PDF format and search the document electronically to determine which pages contain the messages or dates at issue and only print or reference those pages to the third party.

  1. Sign in using TalkingParents.com.
  2. Navigate to the Unalterable Records section of your account.
  3. Select PDF Records (Select Purchase Record(s)for Free Plan).
  4. Enter your payment information. (This step is for the Free Plan only)

  7. Enter a recipient email(Your email or enter another email address).
