Upgraded plans are associated with individual member accounts. If you have or need more than one TalkingParents account, you must upgrade each account to access the upgraded features for each.

To upgrade your account to Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account on the Apple app
2. Select the subscription you would like to start
3. Insert your payment information

If you're using the Android mobile app:

1. Select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen
2. Select Account Settings from the menu
3. Select Plan and then Upgrade my plan
4. You can choose to upgrade to Essentials, Enhanced, Ultimate
5. Select Upgrade to Essentials, Upgrade to Enhanced, or Upgrade to Ultimate
6. Enter your payment information and select Subscribe
