If I have two TalkingParents accounts, do I have to pay for them separately?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Upgraded plans are associated with individual member accounts. If you have or need more than one TalkingParents account, you must upgrade each account to access the upgraded features for each.

 

Keep in mind, there is no monthly fee to use the Free Plan on the website at TalkingParents.com. Please see our Pricing for details.

 

To upgrade your account to Standard or Premium, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account on the Apple app
  2. Select the subscription you would like to start
  3. Insert your payment information

If you're using the Android mobile app:

  1. Select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen

  2. Select Account Settings from the menu

  3. Select Plan and then Upgrade my plan

  4. You can choose to upgrade to Standard, Premium, or remain on the Free Plan*

  5. Select Upgrade to Premium or Upgrade to Standard
  6. Enter your payment information and select Subscribe

*If you choose to stay on the Free Plan, you cannot access your messages on the mobile application.
