If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Parents can enable email notifications at any time from within their TalkingParents account.
1) Sign into your account on the mobile app
2) Select the More icon at the bottom right of the screen and select Account Settings
3) Under Account Settings select General information
4) Select Communication preferences
4) Under Communication preferences, toggle on Email Notifications
The dark green toggle shows that email notifications are enabled. If the toggle is grey, this means your email notifications are disabled.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
Parents can enable email notifications at any time from within their TalkingParents account.
1) Sign into your account using the Android App.
2) Select the menu icon in the bottom-right of the screen.
3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
4) Select Notifications
5) Under Notifications, toggle on Email Notifications
The green toggle shows that email notifications are enabled. If there is not a check in the box, this means your email notifications are disabled.
If you're using the website:
