If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Only members on our Premium Plan can make Phone Calls. Standard and Free members can receive Phone Calls. 

To place a recorded Phone Call to your co-parent. Please follow the steps below when signed in to your account using the TalkingParents.

1) From the Calling menu, choose the icon in the top right corner. 

2) A page will appear, and you will have to select Start phone call to start your Accountable Calling Phone Call. 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Only members on our Premium Plan can make Phone Calls. Standard and Free members can receive Phone Calls. 

To place a recorded Phone Call to your co-parent. Please follow the steps below when signed in to your account using the TalkingParents Android mobile app:

1) Go to the Calling Section.

2) Select the Green Phone icon.

3) Select Start Phone Call to begin your call.

In the pop-up window, select Confirm Call. TalkingParents will call your verified phone number and your co-parent will receive an SMS text message to let them know a call is coming. When your co-parent consents to receive the call, you will be connected.

If you're using the website:

1) Select the three lines at the top left of the screen and select Accountable Calling

2)Select the Start phone call icon on the top right corner
