If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Users on any of our upgraded plans can initiate and receive phone calls through the TalkingParents platform, all without disclosing their individual phone numbers. Essentials plan members receive 30 monthly calling minutes, Enhanced plan members receive 60 monthly minutes, and Ultimate plan members enjoy unlimited minutes.
To place a recorded Phone Call to your co-parent, please follow the steps below when signed in to your TalkingParents app.
1) From the Calling menu, choose the icon in the top right corner.
2) A page will appear, and you will have to select Start phone call to start your Accountable Calling Phone Call.
If you're using the Android mobile app:

To place a recorded Phone Call to your co-parent, please follow the steps below when signed in to your TalkingParents app.
1) Go to the Calling Section.
2) Select the Green Phone icon.
3) Select Start Phone Call to begin your call.
In the pop-up window, select Confirm Call. TalkingParents will call your verified phone number and your co-parent will receive an SMS text message to let them know a call is coming. When your co-parent consents to receive the call, you will be connected.

2)Select the Start phone call icon on the top right corner
