If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Please sign into your account on the mobile app. After that, please follow the steps below to purchase additional Calling Minutes:

1) Select Calling at the bottom of the screen

2) Press the calling icon at the top right-hand side of the calling screen and select Calling settings.

3) Select Purchase Minutes

4) Select the amount of minutes you would like to purchase

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Please sign into your account on the Android app. After that, please follow the steps below to purchase additional Calling Minutes:

1) Select Calling.

2) Press the Gear icon in the top right.

3) Tap Add Minutes

4) Choose the number of minutes you wish to purchase. 

If you're using the website:

Please sign into your account on the TalkingParents website. After that, please follow the steps below to purchase additional Calling Minutes:

1) Select the three lines in the upper left-hand corner to display the menu. Select Accountable Calling.

2) Press the setting icon in the top right.

3) Select Add Minutes

4) Choose the number of minutes you wish to purchase.
