How can I get the transcripts with my Calling Record?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are exclusive features provided to Premium Plan members. Upgrade your account to Premium to obtain transcripts and audio files.

If you've upgraded to Premium, follow the steps below to access your transcripts with your calling record:

  1. In the More tab, select Unalterable Records
  2. Scroll until you see Accountable Calling. Select the dot next to it and select the toggle next to Include Transcripts and then select next

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are exclusive features provided to Premium Plan members. Upgrade your account to Premium to obtain transcripts and audio files.

If you're upgraded to Premium, follow the steps below to access your transcripts with your calling record:

  1.  In the More tab, select Unalterable Records

  2. Scroll until you see Accountable Calling and select the checkbox next to it. Also select the checkbox next to Include calling transcripts

  3. Select the timezone you want the records to reflect in and tap Send Selected Records

  4. Enter in a recipient email (it will default to autofill the email address associated with your account) and then tap Send

  5. Review the information and select Okay

If you're using the website:

  1.  In the menu, select Unalterable Records

  2.  Select either Printed or PDF records

  3. Scroll down to Accountable Calling. Tap the box next to Include calling transcripts, and then Select
