If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are available to the Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate plan. You can upgrade your account to obtain transcripts and audio files.
If you've upgraded to Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate, follow the steps below to access your transcripts with your calling record:
- In the More tab, select Unalterable Records
- Scroll until you see Accountable Calling. Select the dot next to it and select the toggle next to Include Transcripts and then select next
If you're using the Android mobile app:
Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are available to the Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate plan. You can upgrade your account to obtain transcripts and audio files.
If you've upgraded to Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate, follow the steps below to access your transcripts with your calling record:
- In the More tab, select Unalterable Records
- Scroll until you see Accountable Calling and select the checkbox next to it. Also select the checkbox next to Include calling transcripts
- Select the timezone you want the records to reflect in and tap Send Selected Records
- Enter in a recipient email (it will default to autofill the email address associated with your account) and then tap Send
- Review the information and select Okay
If you're using the website:
Accountable Calling transcripts and recordings are available to the Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate plan. You can upgrade your account to obtain transcripts and audio files.
If you've upgraded to Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate, follow the steps below to access your transcripts with your calling record:
- In the menu, select Unalterable Records
- Select either Printed or PDF records
- Scroll down to Accountable Calling. Tap the box next to Include calling transcripts, and then Select
