How do I make a Video Call?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Users on any of our upgraded plans can initiate and receive video calls through the TalkingParents platform. Essentials plan members receive 30 monthly calling minutes, Enhanced plan members receive 60 monthly minutes, and Ultimate plan members enjoy unlimited minutes.

To start a video call, follow the steps below while signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the Calling menu, choose the icon in the top right corner.

2) A page will appear, and you will have to select New video call to start your Accountable Calling Video Call.

If you're using the Android mobile app:

To start a video call, follow the steps below while signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the Calling menu, tap the Green Phone.

2) Select Start video call.

3) Re-select Start video call

4) A video call will be initiated with your co-parent

If you're using the website:

To start a video call, follow the steps below while signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the menu, navigate to Accountable Calling

2) Tap the green video icon

3) In the screen that pops up, press the green video icon at the bottom of the screen to initiate the call
