If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Only Premium members can make a Video Call. Standard members can receive Video Calls when using the TalkingParents mobile app. 

If you've upgraded to the Premium Plan, follow the steps below to start a Video Call when signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the Calling menu, choose the icon in the top right corner. 

2) A page will appear, and you will have to select New video call to start your Accountable Calling Video Call. 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Only Premium members can make a Video Call. Standard members can receive Video Calls when using the TalkingParents mobile app. 

If you've upgraded to the Premium Plan, follow the steps below to start a Video Call when signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the Calling menu, tap the Green Phone.

2) Select Start video call.

3) Re-select Start video call

4) A video call will be initiated with your co-parent

If you're using the website:

If you've upgraded to the Premium Plan, follow the steps below to start a Video Call when signed in to your account using the TalkingParents mobile app:

1) From the menu, navigate to Accountable Calling

2) Tap the green video icon

3) In the screen that pops up, press the green video icon at the bottom of the screen to initiate the call
