If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Please follow the instructions below to sign up for TalkingParents:

1. Download the TalkingParents app and select Get started 

2. You will then be brought to TalkingParents' Terms and Conditions page. You must Agree to these terms in order to created an account 

3. Enter your email address and then click Next

4. Verify your email address by entering the 4-digit code sent from our system

5. Enter your first and last name and click Next

6. Create a password that follows the requirements and click Finish

7. You will now have the option to verify your Mobile phone number for multi-factor authentication (You can also SKIP this step)

8. You will now have the choice to either insert a match ID you received from your co-parent, search for your co-parent's account via their email, or invite your co-parent to sign up and match with you. 

We recommend sharing the unique Invite Code with your co-parent to match your accounts easily. Please keep in mind, your co-parent does not need to receive an invite to join TalkingParents and match with you. When your co-parent signs up, we will automatically match and activate your accounts.

Please note, you can not start communicating through TalkingParents until your co-parent creates an account.

*Reminder: After your account is matched with your co-parent and activated, you will have to start either a Standard or Premium subscription in order to have app access to your TalkingParents account. However, if you do not want to pay for an upgraded account, you access your account for Free online at TalkingParents.com.

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Please follow the instructions below to sign up for TalkingParents:

1.  Download the TalkingParents App and select Get Started.

2. You will then be brought to TalkingParents' Terms and Conditions page and then the Privacy Policy page. You must Agree to these terms in order to create an account.

3. Enter your email address

4. Verify your email address by entering the 4-digit code sent from our system

5. Enter your first and last name and select Continue. create a password for your account.

6. Then, create a password following the guidelines.

7. Verify your Mobile phone number for multi-factor authentication (You can also SKIP this step)

8. You will now have the choice to either insert a match ID you received from your co-parent or search for your co-parent's account via their email under Find Match (select Skip to search by email) or Enter co-parent manually.

9. You will then add your Oldest Child's first name and date of birth.

Please follow the instructions below to sign up for TalkingParents:

2. Enter your email address and then click Next

3. Verify your email address by entering the 4-digit code sent from our system

4. Enter your name, create a password, enter a time zone, and accept the Terms of Service. After that, select Agree and continue

5. You will now have the option to verify your Mobile phone number for multi-factor authentication (You can also SKIP this step)

6. If you received a Match ID, you can enter it. If you don't have one to enter, you can select no, next. If you select no, you'll then be asked if you know your co-parent's email address. (This is optional and you can skip this.)

7. If you bypassed entering your co-parent's email address and Match ID, you'll be asked to enter their first and last name, then the name and DOB of the oldest child you have in common. After this, select Next. You now have a Pending Match account!
