If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
You can change the email address, mobile number, and other personal account information anytime by following the instructions below:
1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account
2) Navigate to Account Settings
3) Select Sign-in & security
4) Tap the arrow icon next to Email
5) Update your information and Click Next
*Please Note: If you are changing your email address, you will be prompted to verify the new email address before the change will be saved to your account.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
You can change the email address, mobile number, and other personal account information anytime in your Android App by following the instructions below:
1) Select the More Icon.
2) Navigate to Account Settings.
3) Select General information.
4) Tap the Pencil icon next to Email.
5) Update your information and Click Update Email Address.
*Please Note: If you are changing your email address, you will be prompted to verify the new email address before the change will be saved to your account.
If you're using the website:
You can change the email address, mobile number, and other personal account information anytime by following the instructions below:
1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account
2) Navigate to Account Settings
3) Under General select the pencil icon next to Email
5) Update your information and Click Save
