If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

When you sign in on your mobile device, you will be taken directly to the My Messages section of your account. From there, you can choose the pencil and paper icon at the top right of your screen to create a new message and begin communicating with your co-parent.

If you're using the Android mobile app:

When you sign in on your Android device, you will be taken directly to the Messaging section of your account. From there, you can tap Compose to create a new message and begin communicating with your co-parent.

To refresh your messages list, you can simply reload the page by tapping and holding while pulling down to refresh the list.

If you're using the website:

When you sign in to your account via the TalkingParents website, you will be taken directly to the Messaging section of your account. From there, you can choose the green New Message icon button in the upper right of the screen to create a new message with your co-parent.
