If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

You can click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Messages page to use the Search feature. You can search for keywords and phrases throughout your messages. When you use this search feature, all subjects and messages containing any matching information will populate below. 

1) Select the search bar towards the top of the screen.

2) All Message Subjects and Messages containing the keyword or phrase you enter will be displayed.

3) Users can also filter the search results 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

You can click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Messages page to use the Search feature. You can search for keywords and phrases throughout your messages. When you use this search feature, all subjects containing any matching information will populate below. 

Please see below for an example of how the search feature can be used on the Android mobile app:

1) Select the Magnifying Glass at the top of the screen.

2) Type in a keyword or phrase. Then tap the Small Magnifying Glass in the bottom right corner.

3) All Message Subjects containing the keyword or phrase you enter will be displayed.
