If you are using the iPhone mobile app:
Parents who upgrade to the TalkingParents Enhanced Plan receive 60 monthly calling minutes, while those on the Essentials Plan receive 30 monthly minutes. These monthly minutes expire at the end of each subscription cycle and renew each month as long as the subscription is active. Unused monthly minutes do not carry over. Users on the Ultimate Plan have unlimited calling minutes.
For annual subscriptions, the Enhanced Annual Plan includes 720 yearly minutes, while the Essentials Annual Plan includes 360 yearly minutes. Annual minutes are available for use throughout the subscription term and will expire at the end of the annual billing period. Unused yearly minutes do not carry over into a new subscription term.
Parents on the Enhanced or Essentials Plan also have the option to purchase additional minutes in increments of 100 minutes. Unlike monthly minutes, purchased minutes do not expire, even if the subscription is canceled.
Follow the steps below to purchase additional calling minutes:
1) From the More menu select Account Settings
2) Select Accountable Calling
3) Select Purchase Minutes
4) Select the green button that states 100 minutes

4) Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase the add-on minutes from Google Play
