Why can't I make a call to my co-parent?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Please ensure that your phone number has been verified in the Sign-in & Security section of your Account Settings and you have Recorded Phone Calling and Recorded Video Calling enabled in the Accountable Calling section of your Account Settings.

 

Please note that both parents must also have calls enabled, a verified phone number saved to their account (to receive phone calls), and agree to the Accountable Calling Consent in order for any calls to be connected.

Parents with an Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate Plan can start and receive calls.
