Why can't I make a call to my co-parent?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Please ensure that your phone number has been verified in the Sign-in & Security section of your Account Settings and you have Recorded Phone Calling and Recorded Video Calling enabled in the Accountable Calling section of your Account Settings.

 

Keep in mind, both parents must also have calls enabled, a verified phone number saved to their account (to receive phone calls), and agree to the Accountable Calling Consent in order for any calls to be connected.

Only parents with a Premium Plan can start a call. To place a call, you can upgrade to Premium by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select the plan you would like to subscribe to
  3. Insert payment information

Members can also choose to upgrade to the Standard or Premium Plan using the Apple App or Google Play stores. 

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

  3. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu

  5. Choose a payment plan and follow the instructions to enter your payment details
  6. Select Subscribe

Members can also choose to upgrade to the Standard or Premium Plan using the Google Play store directly.

2. Select the Account Settings on the left side of the screen

3. Select Plan Details, and tap the Upgrade my plan icon next to Plan Type.

4. Choose a payment plan and follow the instructions to enter your payment details
