If I do not have a Ultimate Plan, am I able to call my co-parent?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

All upgraded plans can initiate or receive calls. The Essentials Plan includes 30 calling minutes per month, the Enhanced Plan includes 60 minutes per month, and the Ultimate Plan offers unlimited calling minutes. Please note that calling minutes are charged to the user who initiates the call, not the one receiving it.


You can upgrade your subscription by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select the plan you would like to subscribe to
  3. Insert payment information

 

You can also upgrade your subscription directly through the Apple App Store

 

Please note that all calls made through our service are recorded. Therefore, both parents must have Recorded Calling turned on, a verified phone number saved to their account (for phone calling), and agree to the Calling Consent in order for any calls to be connected.

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

All upgraded plans can initiate or receive calls.   2. Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under Plan Details, select the Pencil next to Plan Type.
