If you're using the iPhone mobile app:
You can enable or disable calls at any time by following the steps below:
1) Sign in to TalkingParents.com
2) Select the menu icon in the bottom-right of the screen
3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
4) Navigate to the Accountable Calling section.
5) Toggle the button next to Phone calls or Video calls. When a toggle is green, that call setting is enabled; when it is gray, that calling legend is disabled.
If you're using the Android mobile app:
You can enable or disable calls at any time by following the steps below:
1) Sign in on the TalkingParents Android App.
2) Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen
3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu
4) Choose Accountable Calling
5) Toggle the button next to Recorded Phone Calling or Recorded Video Calling. When a toggle is gray, that call setting is disabled. When it is green, that calling legend is enabled. Setting must be enabled to make and receive calls.
