Follow the steps below to create a message from a call while signed in to your account via the iPhone or Android app: 

1) Select Calling

2) Choose any call

3) Select the "three dots" icon in the top right

4) Select Create Message from the pop-up window.

4) Enter a Subject and Message, then select the green up send arrow

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Follow the steps below to create a message from a call while signed in to your account via Android app: 

1) Select Calling

2) Choose any call.

3) Select the "three dots" icon in the top right

4) Select Create Message from the pop-up window.

5) Enter a Subject and Message, then tap the Green Arrow to Send.

If you're using the website:

Follow the steps below to create a message from a call while signed in to your account on our website: 

1) Navigate to Accountable Calling

2) Choose any call

3) Select the "three dots" icon in the top right and Create Message from the pop-up window.

4) Enter a Subject and Message, then you can press Send
