If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

To view the amount of storage you have left in your Vault, follow the directions below:

1) Sign in to your account on using the TalkingParents iPhone or Android mobile app.

2) Navigate to the More tab

3) Select Vault File Storage

4) The remaining storage will be displayed at the bottom. 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

To view the amount of storage you have left in your Vault, follow the directions below:

1) Select the More icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2) Navigate to the Vault File Storage.

3) The remaining storage will be displayed.

If you're using the website:

To view the amount of storage you have left in your Vault, follow the directions below:

1) Sign in to your account on using the TalkingParents website

2) Navigate to the Vault

3) You will automatically be taken to your vault files. Select the back arrow 

4) The remaining storage will be displayed at the bottom
