If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

Add Files to Your Vault

• Tap on the "More" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Select either All Files or Favorites to put your files under.
• Select the three dots in the top right of the screen.
• Select Upload File.
• Choose where on your device you would like to search for an item.

Add Folders to Your Vault

• Tap on the "More" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Select either All Files or Favorites to put your files under.
• Select the three dots in the top right of the screen.
• Choose New Folder from the options pop-up window.
• Name your folder, then choose Create.

Add Photos to Your Vault

• Tap on the "More" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Select either All Files or Favorites to put your photos and videos under.
• Select the three dots in the top right of the screen.
• Choose Photo and Video Library from the options
• Choose Photos or Videos based on your need.

Favorites:

When you open the Vault, your files will be separated by All Files and Favorites. To save a file as a Favorite simply hold down on the file and select Favorite from the pop-up menu. Add a file to your Favorites with the instructions below:

• Navigate to the Favorites tab within Vault File Storage.
• Select the three dots in the top right of the screen.
• Add any File, Photo, Video, or Folder you would.

Rename Files:

Renaming a file will allow users to pick what name is associated with each file so they can easily know the contents of the file. To rename a file do the following: 

• Hold down the file that you would like to rename.
• From the pop-up menu select Rename.
• Enter desired name of the file and select Rename.

How to search the Vault

The Vault's search feature allows you to search for files within the Vault using the file's title, description, folder name, and file type. Simply type in the title, file type, description, or folder name in the search bar, and all files that meet that criteria will be displayed.

If you're using the Android mobile app:

Add Files to Your Vault

• Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose a Folder from the options.
• Tap the + button.
• Select Upload.
• Then choose the file you would like to add.

Add Folders to Your Vault

• Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose a Folder option.
• Tap the + button.
• Select New Folder.
• Name your folder, and description if preferred, then choose Create Folder.

Add Photos to Your Vault

• Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose a Folder from the options.
• Tap the + button.
• Select Upload.
• Select Gallery from the options pop-up window.
• Choose Photos or Videos based on your need.

Favorites:

Add a file to your Favorites Folder with the instructions below:

• Locate the file you would like to add to Favorites.
• Tap the 3 dots next to the file you wish to add.
• Choose Add to Favorites
• The Star will appear when the file has been added to your favorites list.

Descriptions:

Descriptions allow you to briefly describe the contents of the file and easily search for a file. Follow the directions below to add a description to your files in the Vault:

• Open the file that you would like to add a description to.
• To the right of the file there will be three dots; select the dots.
• A menu will appear.
• From the menu, select Edit details
• Enter a description of the file and select Save Changes.

If you're using the website:

• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose Upload file from the options
• Choose where on your device you would like to search for an item.

Add Folders to Your Vault

• Tap on the "Menu" in the upper left-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose New Folder from the options pop-up window.
• Name your folder, then choose Save.

Add Photos to Your Vault

• Tap on the "Menu" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
• Select Vault File Storage from the options.
• Choose Upload file from the options
• Select Camera Roll from the options pop-up window.
• Choose Photos or Videos based on your need.

Favorites:

When you open the Vault, you can filter files by those that you have added as a Favorite. Click the back arrow and then select Favorites to see any files you have favorited. Add a file to your Favorites with the instructions below:

• Locate the file you would like to add to Favorites.
• You will see a "star" icon next to the text. Select the "star" to add to your favorites.
• The Star will be colored yellow when the file has been added to your favorites list.

Descriptions:

Descriptions allow you to briefly describe the contents of the file and easily search for a file. Follow the directions below to add a description to your files in the Vault:

• Open the file that you would like to add a description to.
• In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, there will be a pencil icon..
• A menu will show up with the option to edit the name and description of the file.
• Enter a description of the file and select Save.
