Can I recover deleted files in the Vault?

If you're using the iPhone mobile app:

If parents remove a file from their Vault, they have the option to recover it.

 

Follow the steps below to restore a deleted file:

1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account on the iPhone mobile app

2) Navigate to the More tab

3) Select Vault File Storage

3) Select the Recently Deleted to see all the items you've removed from the Vault

4) Hold down on the file you would like to restore and select restore

5) This will restore the file to its original location in the Vault

 

If you're using the Android mobile app:

If parents remove a file from their Vault, they have the option to recover it.

 

Follow the steps below to restore a deleted file:

1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account on the Android app.

2) Navigate to Vault File Storage.

3) Select Recently Deleted.

4) Tap the three dots to the right of the file you would like to restore.

5) Select Restore

6) This will restore the file to its original location in the Vault.

 

If you're using the website:

Follow the steps below to restore a deleted file:

1) Sign in to your TalkingParents account.

2) Navigate to Vault File Storage.

3) Select the 3 lines for Vault options.

4) Select Trash.

5) Next, you will see the deleted Vault items. Select the 3 dots next to the item you'd like to restore.

6) Select Restore.

The item will re-appear in your Vault in its previous location.
