Any unused purchased minutes will remain in your account. Purchased minutes do not expire unless they are used. The ability to initiate a call through Accountable Calling is available to all upgraded users regardless of their subscription. While Ultimate members enjoy unlimited calling minutes, Enhanced and Essentials members receive a set number of minutes each month and have the option to purchase additional minutes if needed.
If your subscription is canceled and there are still purchased minutes on your account, these minutes will remain available when you re-upgrade.
