If parents are upgraded through the TalkingParents website, they can follow the steps below to downgrade their Ultimate Plan to the Enhanced or Essentials Plan:
1) Sign in using TalkingParents.com
2) Select the menu icon in the top-left of the screen.
3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
4) Select Plan
5) Select the "pencil" icon next to Plan Type.
6) Select Manage plan
7) Select Update plan
8) Select the Enhanced.
9) Select Continue, and on the next screen Confirm and you will downgrade from the Ultimate Plan to the Enhanced Plan.
