All users can receive Email Notifications for Messages, Events, and Info Library. These notifications can be enabled and disabled from the Account Settings section of your account. Email Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your TalkingParents account.

Text Message notifications are an add-on feature and not part of any of our plans. TalkingParents charges 0.05 cents per text message. When you first sign up for Text Message Notifications and provide your payment information, we will charge your card $5.00 USD. Then when your balance dips below $1.00 USD, we will automatically charge your card $5.00 to ensure you don't miss any messages. If you no longer want to receive Text Message Notifications, you can refund your remaining balance and turn off Text Message Notifications. Text Message notifications can be enabled and disabled from the Account Settings section of your account.

Push Notifications to a mobile device are available when using the TalkingParents Android or iPhone mobile application. Access to our iPhone and Android mobile apps requires a Standard or Premium Plan. Push Notifications can be managed from your device notification settings.

These notices are sent as a courtesy, and we cannot verify if they are actually received or viewed. Users can turn these notices off (or back on) anytime.

If a user is experiencing issues receiving notifications they should Contact Us for assistance.
