This schedule has a child switching between parents every two days. Similarly to the 2 Week Schedule, this arrangement cannot be made with repeating events, only single events.

To create this schedule, a new two-day event must be made for each Parent every two days.

Follow the steps below to create the Alternating Every 2 Days Schedule using the website:

  1. From the Calendar section of your account, select the green "+" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Select the "Category Color" (This step is optional but useful for customizing events on the calendar. Please note: your co-parent will not be able to see the colors you have chosen for your events)
  3. Enter the "Event Name" (ex: Parent A)
  4. Under "Event Details", enter any notes regarding the event (optional)
  5. Select a "Start Date" (ex: First day of Parent A's two-day Event)
  6. Select an "End Date"(ex: Last day of Parent A's two-day Event)
  7. Select a "Start Time" and an "End Time"
  8. Click "Create Event"

Example - website view:

In the example below, Parent A has a two-day event scheduled, followed by Parent B's two-day event. Parents will need to have new two-day events added to the Calendar every two days.
