Most still consider this schedule a 50/50 between parents since it has a child spend two weeks with one parent and two weeks with the other parent.

This schedule can only be made using single events, and a new two-week-long event must be created for each Parent every two weeks.

Please note: there is no way to create this schedule using a Repeating Events Series. Each parent will need a new event every two weeks.

Follow the steps below to create the Two Weeks Each Schedule using the website:

  1. From the Calendar section of your account, select the green "+" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Select the "Category Color" (This step is optional but is useful for customizing events on the calendar. Please note: your co-parent will not be able to see the colors you have chosen for your events)
  3. Enter the "Event Name" (ex: Parent A)
  4. Under "Event Details", enter any notes regarding the event (optional)
  5. Select a "Start Date" (ex: First day of Parent A's two-week Event)
  6. Select an "End Date"(ex: Last day of Parent A's two-week Event)
  7. Select a "Start Time" and an "End Time"
  8. Click "Create Event"

Example - website view:

In the example below, Parent A has a two-week event scheduled starting on a Sunday and ending on the second Saturday, followed by Parent B's two-week event for the next two weeks after Parent A's event.

Parent A will then have a new two-week event, followed by Parent B, and so on.
