Parents can reset their password any time via email or using our SMS text message recovery.
Plese keep in mind that when creating a new password it must contain at least 8 characters, one letter, one number, and one special character.
Avoid the following easy-to-make mistakes you might be making when signing in:
- Clear cache, cookie, and password data from your web browser. It is easy to accidentally include a space or extra character within an email address or at the end. If you accidentally enter a typo one time, your device or browser may be saving and re-entering the mistake over and over.
- You will get the same error message if you are entering your password, email address, or both incorrectly.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, and your device may automatically capitalize the first letter.
