How do I reset my password?

Parents can reset their password any time via email or using our SMS text message recovery.

Plese keep in mind that when creating a new password it must contain at least 8 characters, one letter, one number, and one special character.

Avoid the following easy-to-make mistakes you might be making when signing in:

  • Clear cache, cookie, and password data from your web browser. It is easy to accidentally include a space or extra character within an email address or at the end. If you accidentally enter a typo one time, your device or browser may be saving and re-entering the mistake over and over.
  • You will get the same error message if you are entering your password, email address, or both incorrectly.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive, and your device may automatically capitalize the first letter.

Follow the steps below to reset your password:

To reset your password using the email address associated with your account:

1) Visit TalkingParents.com.

2) Select Sign In.

3) Select Forgot Email or Password.

4) Enter the email address associated with your TalkingParents account and select Send Email.

If you have a mobile number saved to your account you can use our SMS text message recovery system by following the directions below:

1) Visit TalkingParents.com.

2) Select Sign In.

3) Select Forgot Email or Password.

4) Enter the mobile number associated with your account and select Send Code.

5) You will receive an SMS message with instructions to reset your password.
