By signing into your Pending Match TalkingParents account you can edit your name, your co-parent's name, and your child's information that you provided at the time of sign up.

Please see this video for more information about matching accounts:

If you know your co-parent's email address or mobile phone number you can send them an invitation with your Match ID to easily match with your account. You can share the six-character Match ID with your co-parent by email, SMS text message, or by copying the code and sending it to them directly.

To send the invitation via email:

  1. Sign in to your pending match TalkingParents account
  2. Select Send invitation to co-parent
  3. Choose Email
  4. Enter your co-parent's email address
  5. Hit Send

Your co-parent will receive an email with your Match ID to enter and match with you!

To send the invitation via mobile phone number:

  1. Sign in to your pending match TalkingParents account
  2. Select Send invitation to co-parent
  3. Choose Text
  4. Enter your co-parent's mobile phone number (Phone number must be able to receive SMS text messages.)
  5. Hit Send

Your co-parent will receive a text message with your Match ID to enter and match with you!

Due to the secure nature of our service, you can not start communicating through TalkingParents until your co-parent signs up and your accounts are matched. You will both receive an email notification when your accounts are matched and activated, then you can begin communicating with your co-parent by signing into your account.

Your co-parent does not need to receive an invitation from us to sign up and match with you. They can visit TalkingParents.com and sign up without receiving an invitation.
