How can I disable Multi-Factor Authentication on my account?

 Follow the steps below to disable Multi-Factor Authentication on your TalkingParents account: 

1) Sign into your account.

2) Navigate to My Account within your TalkingParents account

3) Select Account Settings from My Account


4) From the Account settings page under General Information, you will see Multi-Factor Authentication. If it is enabled, the toggle will be green.


5) Select the toggle, if Multi-Factor Authentication is disabled, it will show as gray.
