How do I change the phone number I use for Multi-Factor Authentication?

Parents can update or change the mobile number associated with their account at any time but following the directions below:

1) Sign in to your account from the website.

2) Select the icon with your initials in the upper right-hand corner.

3) Choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu

4) Select Edit next to Mobile Phone Number

5) Enter the phone number you would like to save to your account, then select Send Verification Code

6) Enter the 6-digit verification code sent via text message to your mobile phone number

Please note, when you update or change your phone number with Multi-Factor Authentication enabled on your account, the updated phone number will now be used for your Multi-Factor Authentication. 

 

If you need assistance disabling Multi-factor Authentication, please contact support with your current verified phone number and email address associated with your TalkingParents account.
